Bonifacio High Street started to have shops in late 2006. The early arrivals include Timezone, which opened in November 2006, and Krispy Kreme on November 30, 2006. Fully Booked was soft opened in January 2007, but the Starbucks Coffee on 2nd floor did not commence operation until end of 2007.

Nike’s flagship store at 9th Avenue and Bonifacio High Street was opened in early 2007.
Several restaurants that opened in the early days of BHS are still around. These include Wild West Roadhouse Grill, New Orleans Bourbon Street Ribs, Steaks and Oysers, Mini Shabu Shabu (already opened in October 2008) and TGI Friday’s. Italianni’s branch at BHS was opened a couple of years later, in 2011. Wild West Roadhouse Grill used to be called Texas RoadHouse Grill, and was renamed in March 2014.

Those that have left town include the Stock Market Cafe, which was owned by Del Monte Philippines and was opened in October 2008. Del Monte intended to use the place to sell its produce such as pineapple and premium beef from Bukidnon.
Aubergine Restaurant Patisserie, a fine dining restaurant at 32nd and 5th Building, 5th Avenue cor. 32nd Street, was opened in December 2007 and is operated by the International School for Culinary Arts and Hotel Management. A Chinese restaurant, Zhu Kitchen, was also opened around the same time.
