WELCOME TO IOPEN CITY
What is the
iOpen City Project?

It is a community driven project that uses technology to enable individuals to make improvements in their neighborhood

It is an initiative to bridge the communication gap between local authorities and residents

How does it work?

iOpen City Project uses technology to make it easier for residents to report an issue. Residing on a website, the iOpen City feature will appear as a panel of buttons that refer to specific issues.

When a resident sees an issue needs to be addressed, he/she can click on the button for that particular issue, he / she can give detailed information about the issue, attach an image, and specify the location on a map.

The iOpenCity Project will identify the relevant authorities to handle the issue and transmit it to the authorities. Authorities can reply through iOpenCity system, or directly email or call the resident concerned.

Features

Residents can easily describe an issue, with the help of image and map

No need to search for the relevant authorities responsible

Authorities can reply through iOpenCity, and residents can see the status

If the authorities have fixed an issue, they can mark the issue as "resolved". Residents can comment on the issue even if it is marked as "resolved".

Or just "Agree / Disagree" with a submitted issue
