Data is the new oil and first party data is becoming real asset to any organization.
We have teamed up with the Home Credit and Analytics Association of the Philippines (AAP) to talk about how DATA delivers business value.
We will look at a few examples how to use data to deliver insights. Pavel from Meiro will focus on customer data collected from various channels in order to create single customer view and design the most effective and smooth customer journey. Michelle will look at Market Basket analysis to define what items are usually purchased together, to help us design our promos and campaigns more thoughtfully. Daniel who heads Collections, Analytics and Strategy at Home Credit will talk about how they use data and why it is important to have a data strategy. We will debate whether organisational transformations to become data driven happen from the top or from the bottom.
