Want to shift to eating a more plant-based diet but can't seem to find the inspiration? Join us for an afternoon of reconnecting to food and rediscovering the many wonderful ways food nourishes us. This workshop weaves in a guided meditation, a mindfulness exercise, and a cooking class bringing you through an experience which will motivate you toward a plant-based lifestyle that is kinder for your body and for the earth. Experience another way of relating to food that helps you love yourself and others more when you make mindful choices in the kitchen!

This event is a collaboration between Mesa ni Misis and Live Awake Philippines. Mesa ni Misis is a non-profit organization that advocates local, plant-based eating through a variety of programs helping people make the switch to a more sustainable lifestyle. Live Awake Philippines is a Wellness community that advocates bringing body, mind and spirit together through mindful practices and choices. This collaboration fuses together the concepts of mindfulness, plant-based living and sustainability, leaving participants with a holistic and integrated approach to eating well.
