Experiencing the death of a loved one sucks. It's sad, hard, and often isolating. No one seems to know how to talk about (if they bring it up at all). No one seems to get what you're going through.
So let's get together and talk about our experience over dinner, because there's nothing like connecting with someone who just "gets it" over good food. Our small group will come together in our host's home in BGC near Market Market (exact location will be disclosed to those who confirm attendance).
This circle is for you if you are in your 20s-30s and have experienced the death of a loved one at any time in your life (not just in your 20s-30s). It's for you if you want to connect with others and have real conversation about life, death, grief, and everything in between.
This will be potluck style dinner, so everyone will be responsible to bring something to share with our small group (very limited spaces available). We will reach out via Facebook messenger to anyone who signs-up to attend.
This is peer support circle, which means that it is not lead by a psychologist or any other professional, but rather, a space for peers to get together and talk about their loved one(s), their grief, and their experience. If you have any questions or want more information, please do not hesitate to reach out!
